Last week, I set boundaries and was mostly successful in logging out no later than thirty minutes after my work hours ended. I got better at managing my time and my deliverables. It made me happier. From family movie time to tackling household chores and managing health struggles, this post reflects on balancing personal well-being and mental health while navigating daily life’s challenges, especially when working night shifts.
